Terms & Referral Rules

These terms cover the Loomist pre-launch waitlist and the “Draw together” referral program on loomist.art. Loomist is operated by Adritica BCN SL (NIF B26972802), Barcelona, Spain. Contact: [email protected]. The Loomist app will have its own terms of use, published before launch.

1. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not require any purchase. You join by entering your email address and confirming it through the link we send you.

You must be at least 14 years old to join.

By joining, you agree to receive Loomist news and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We plan to launch the Loomist app on iPhone and Android in early 2027. Launch dates, features and availability may change, and we cannot guarantee a specific date.

2. The “Draw together” program

After you confirm your email, you receive a personal invite link. Rewards are based on the number of friends who join with your link and confirm their email:

• Joining: 1 free lesson from your own photo.
• 1 confirmed friend: a second free lesson (2 in total).
• 3 confirmed friends: a third free lesson (3 in total, the maximum) and a place in the beta before the public launch.
• 5 confirmed friends: the Founding Artist badge and a discounted subscription price. This does not add further lessons.

Friends who join with your link receive the standard joining reward of 1 free lesson.

A free lesson is a lesson generated from your own photo, offered as a trial. The app’s lesson library is available to all users and is not part of this program. The amount and duration of the subscription discount will be set out in the app before you subscribe.

3. Claiming your rewards

Your rewards are added to your Loomist app account when you sign up in the app with the same email address you used on the waitlist.

Free lessons must be used within 30 days of creating your account in the app. Unused lessons expire after that.

Rewards are personal. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money or other benefits.

4. Fair play

A friend counts only once they have confirmed their email address. Each person can join only once.

Sign-ups from disposable email addresses, automated or fake sign-ups, and attempts to refer yourself do not count. We may remove such sign-ups and withhold or cancel rewards obtained through them, or through any other misuse of the program.

5. Changes to the program and these terms

We may change or end the waitlist or the “Draw together” program, for example after launch. We will publish any change on this page and, if it is material, tell you by email. Rewards you have already earned before a change will be honoured under the terms in force when you earned them.

6. Liability

The waitlist and the program are provided free of charge. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
